Vintage Children’s Fairy Book Collage Sheets
The illustrations in these printable collage sheets come from an 1808 children's book called Flora’s Gala. At first I thought Flora was a fairy, but after re-reading the story, I think perhaps she was just a fair maiden who was attended to by fairies.
"Flora, by numerous Fairies attended,
Who, Children and Maidens have often befriended,
Resolv'd, on a beautiful morning in May,
To amuse her blithe train with a grand Gala-day."
